My career highlights include building winning regional and local strategies, leading organisational redesigns, delivering functional transformation projects, and mentoring and cultivating winning teams. These efforts have led to significant reductions in overheads and lead times, substantial improvements in performance metrics, enhanced capability and capacity, and, most importantly, tangible business success.

I’m a successful entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in business and sales leadership, spanning diverse sectors worldwide. I've led global sales teams, achieving substantial revenue growth and securing significant contracts.
